A. Monthly Subscriptions

B. Automatic Renewals

A. Before Workshop Start Date

  • 50% refund if cancellation is requested 3–6 days before start date.

B. After Workshop Has Begun

4. Tournament Entry Fees

Tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable due to:

Zynexi reserves sole discretion in determining refund eligibility for tournaments.


5. Streaming & Creator Coaching Packages

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase.
  • No refund once personalized strategy sessions or branded materials have been delivered.
  • Digital resources already accessed are non-refundable.

6. Special Promotions & Discounted Services

Services purchased under:

  • Promotional pricing
  • Discount codes
  • Limited-time offers
  • Bundle deals

may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting Zynexi:

  • Account access may be suspended
  • Future service eligibility may be restricted
